What is the business model for the career finder service? Pay up front? Pay each piece as we go? Or take a % of my salary once I land the job?

That's a great question Frank! The Career Finder service, just like all our services are "Pay up front." We custom quote each client based on their overall 'marketability' and the time we estimate it will take to land you your dream job.
