If you have three hours + to wait with terrible jazz musak playing then it's easy. If you have better things to do with your life ( I can't get back the hours I've wasted on hold) don't even think about using this airline. They are COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY TERRIBLE!
Total scam. Wonder if the aircraft will actually get to thr destination on all thr "bandaids" they use to keep it together. And expect extortion rates at the gate for a personal item that will easily fit under the seat in front of you.
