The account will say "within two weeks" for anything more than 24 hrs and less than two weeks so they could have logged in yesterday... To see if you've been blocked, there is a menu in the upper right hand corner that allows you to see who has blocked you.

If you don't sign in on a daily basis then the profile will say within two weeks. As for pic comments sometimes they are deleted. As for being blocked you won't be able to receive messages or send messages. Hope this helps

Idk if this will help but i've never been able to not read someone's pic comments on there before but i've also never been blocked by somebody.
