They are legally covered by their terms of service. In most cases you would likely wave just as much or more success with finding someone to have fun with by going to a club, or bar.

Why not try to file for SCAM with the Better Business Bureau, maybe they can help you get your money back and fight the scammers. Because I already read the teems and conditions of the site and there is no way they would give you your money back... you will die trying.
