I have read more negative reviews than positive one's. I've seen some items I would like to order but I am hesitant because of these reviews. Is their anything you can say in your defense that might make me feel confident in giving your company a try? I get the feeling your company is perhaps run by young inexperienced owners/ employee's who do not know or appreciate the value of proper etiquette in customer relations. Thank you Ms. Hoffman

I wouldn't advise ordering from them. They do not deliver and attempting to gain a refund from them is painful.

They're a terrible company to deal with, and when I did finally get my products they are cheap. But I had to go through the Better Business Bureau, multiple postings and a very disappointing experience. No one should be treated like this. The BBB has had over 130 complaints about this company, if that tells you anything.

There is no phone number, they hide behind email. If you have had an issue sorted out by these con merchants, you are very very lucky. I'd love to know who the CEO is so I could email them direct! Can't seem to find this info online either!

I received an item from them which was broken on arrival. I asked for a refund but they said they would send a replacement. After many weeks and emails, I sent a final one telling them I would give them 7 days as from the date that day, to either refund my Money or send a replacement otherwise I would be seeking professional advice from a lawyer. That did it for me, I received a replacement just about 8 days after! You have to give them a time slot in which to heed your written notice.
