I purchased what I thought was a necklace but turned out to be a bracelet...(for my granddaughter)
Can it be returned... don't know when it was purchased... what would come thru on my bank statement showing it was a purchase from Florence Scovel Jewelry?

Via paypal minus the postage costs, no contact with me or message, will never deal with this company again Trading standards will be alerted to the attempted con! THEY ARE STILL ADVERTISING THIS as a sterling silver bracelet but it is stainless steel, they have blocked any me from any further lines of communication AVOID FLORENCE SCOVEL JEWELRY AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED

As far as I know there is NO phone number. Make a complaint to BBB. I placed an order in April and have not received it... made several attempts at making contact and the only answer I got was to check my mailbox! Luckily my order wasn't worth that much. Good luck!

I NEVER saw a phone number. It is a Canadian based company, run by two brothers. That's all I know. I wrote on their web site real fast and then blocked them, so my comments weren't blocked by them "i think". I was on the verge of writing to Facebook Advertising Managers about their cheezy products from China and their lack of responsibility. I was just about to contact PayPal and put them in dispute and got an email stating i had my refund. I still may send the stupid bracelet back to them. There is no BBB to contact, unless Canada has something like we have in the US. I even wrote to the FTC (Fed Trade Commission). They will take my info they said, but due to high volume i could not expect one on one support from them, but did want this business to be on their record. More I think on it, i will write to FB and suggest the check out the reputation of this company and the quality of their cheap Chinese junk jewelry.

You need to weigh up whether the cost of the item is worth the hassle you'll have trying to get it exchanged. This company is essentially operating a scam. Any positive comments on here i believe to be fabricated. There are too many negative comments for it to be a reputable business. Your options are 1) e-mail them continually until you get a satisfactory response 2) forget it and cut your losses 3) report them to a statutory body
I have reported them to Trading Standards UK. I would urge anyone else who received the Cat Pendant to do the same. The more reports Trading Standards get the more they are likely to respond.

I bought the wrap around bracelet. But I knew that when I bought it. She loves it. I don't know what shows on your Bank statement. I looked thru mine and didn't find my purchase. Sorry.

I would stay away from this company. I have been waiting for over a month for a replacement for a bracelet that broke within the first week. Was told a replacement was expedited to me. Then several weeks later was told that it's out of stock. They are deceptive and their products are of inferior quality.

I did return everything I bought... took some work... if you pay by credit card or Pay Pal they will help. But you only have a certain amt of time... good luck... I got my refund with a lot of trouble...!

You can try returning it, but I doubt it'll do any good. It comes on your bank statement from "An Associate"
