You can't! They have a horrible policy of not refunding you once your order is taken... The best you can expect is to file a claim with the credit card company or paypal if you used them.
They are really doing A LOT of fake reviews. You can tell because the real reviews agree that it's a REALLY BAD SERVICE.
Not for me. What's worse is they didn't tell me they would fail to deliver when promised until it was too late and my special occasion was ruined. Use this place at your own risk.
As someone who retired after 32 year in Customer Service of a fortune 500 company in Canada, I was appalled at the lack of care or concerned for the service they delivered, or the reputation of their company... They simply quoted some 'corporate policy' and pretty well... IMHO, they just blew me off.
