They're largely unresponsive. I filled out the online contact form, but they never responded.
If you are a premium member, they answer within 48 hours.
'They' (aka antonio) will go days without responding to support requests in order to drag things out so they can continue squeezing your credit card.
Very easy. Though they don't have a phone number to call, email response came within hours. It wasn't a good response, but that us not what the question is asking.
