on 4/15/19We're sorry we let you down. Coming into April 15th, we knew we would be handling more traffic than usual and added infrastructure to prepare for the increased volume. Unfortunately, we still experienced technical difficulties because of the increased traffic. Over the last 19 years we've had 100% uptime on Tax Day and we will do everything possible to meet that expectation going forward. As you might imagine we learned from Tax Day this year and it will make us stronger going forward.
