on 2/4/20The few times I have chatted or called them directly from the app I have received quick responses and my issue was resolved quickly!
That is because they were busy making mistakes. They have plenty of workers
It should be pretty easy to reach them by phone Tues-Friday/ Other times require a lengthier wait. Emails aren't answered right away. I asked two different reps as to why and they said it was a busy time.
