on 2/13/20Once I got a hold of them they put me on hold for a long time and call conveniently hung up I had to call back several times... Had to request a manager and even then they hung up on me..
Easy to get a hold of but unable to answer questions or help and the operator I spoke to was impossible to understand as he don't speak legible English.
Extremely easy to contact customer service. They have online chat and an agent was readily available and competent to answer all concerns.
Very hard to get an answer to the different fruits and delivery time.
The number in the website is not a active number
I also looked on google to find a number and they also was not active
N/A, due to the Anniversary date, it was too late to contact anyone.
It takes a very long time to get any kind of help from this place. I will never order from here again.
I was on hold for over 1/2 hour when I finally gave up. I finally sent an email to them to describe the problem, but they never replied.
So, their customer service is terrible!
