Thanks for you your question. You can either buy games individually, or signup for a subscription service. Anyone claiming it to be a fraud must have Accidentally signed up for a subscription service without knowing. We are always trying to improve our checkout process to avoid these situations.

Yes, just make sure you save your email with the Puchase Key code, to use to unlock the game, but if you don't have it then contact Gamefools they will give it to you.
