I cancelled my order and they completely ignored me when i asked for a refund.
I was in touch with Amazon telling them about my problem, Amazon were brilliant and i had my refund within a couple of weeks.
Had i not contacted Amazon i feel that i would have got no refund, gearbest didnt even bother answering my emails

Pay with Paypal! I purchased 2 items and never received them. Shipping showed they were not moving, after months they finally said they would refund me only. 50%. WHAT? I ask them to just resent me the items and they told me no. I filed a case with Paypal and they refunded me all my money. They lost a great customer, if they would of treated me right I would have probably purchased more things but I will NEVER get anything from them again.

Don't trust Gearbest, after tracking showed parcel still in Heathrow Airport for 2 months, offered 40% refund - claimed the full amount thru Paypal BUYER BEWARE

Yes. I dont recomend them too. They sell not aș described items. And i have now over 2 months trying to recover my money... a bad site!

It might take 3 months or it might never arrive.
Most of those products are made from $#*!ty components which will fail after a month or not work even out of the box!

I am sorry but I cannot agree with the negative comments about Gearbest. I have found shipping and quality of my orders and merchandise very satisfactory. If there has been an issue with an item, I have found them to be very communicative and responsive. I have not had any problems dealing with them directly and I have placed numerous orders. Seems to me, most of the customers that had issues dealt through Paypal, but that is only my observation and I don't know why that would impact anything.
I am very happy with Gearbest.

Sorry, I am in Japan. All I can say is that Banggood and Gear Best are run by the same people. I have bought a tablet in its original box but arrived in a styrofoam box. Upon opening, the inside was wet and smelled extremely bad. It smelled up my living room! The tablet was damaged and making popping noises as it was shorting out. It booted up but shut down. I realized the color of the liquid was yellow and reaked of urine. So I assume someone who packed this tablet was angry at Japanese people as there is a hatred of Japanese amongst the Chinese and Koreans. The person who packed the item had intentionally urinated in the package. I filed a claim with Banggood and they told me to send the item back. However, because it contains a battery, it was way too dangerous to ship. No carrier or post office would accept. After re-packing, it smelled badly even outside the box. Banggood only offered a refund of 50% only in the form of a coupon! I preferred a cash refund because I don't want to deal with them ever again! I took it up with PayPal and was told if I can't ship the item back, they couldn't help me! Can you believe this? This is a slap in the face! This is how these people work! They will rip you off in a heartbeat! My recommendation: Stop buying from these scammers! Shop around! Don't jump on something. Be VERY careful! PLEASE PASS THIS ON. Don't want to see others get ripped off.

The negative remarks are quite accurate. NEVER buy anything from gearbest. I ordered a powerbank and it never reached me. They first replied with generic responses, and in the end offered 50 % refund. I got the full refund from PayPal. I would never ever buy anything from this site. They are totally fraud.

I ordered a Firefly 6s camera. It took less than 12 days to arrive to France. The price was very good and the camera works very well. Once again, I'm happy with Gearbest.

Scam. They drop ship out of China. Didnt get the order for 3 months and only trashing them on their FB page.
They are playing of another name, "gearbeast"

I'm from the UK never had any issues with them quite the opposite actually. I ordered a cover for one of my ecigs they were out of stock so sent me the complete mod in the colour I had ordered the cover in at no extra charge. Delivery has improved dramatically since they started using a new courier don't think I've waited longer than 2 weeks for something to arrive and it has always been what I've ordered. Also noticed a lot of ppl complaining about quality I've always had genuine items from them as they do not stock clones etc all of which are still in perfect working order. Really have no complaints about this website

Average delivery time 4-5 weeks, normally. I have never had an issue with them at all!
