Some reviews state they got the key, it worked for a while then microsoft said the copy was illegal. shy did this happen and what do you do if it does happen?

Answer:

I received a product key which would not validate. Microsoft website suggests this is probably the result of it being counterfeit software. I asked getmsoffice for a refund but with no success. I filed a Counterfeit software report with Microsoft. I am now seeking to recover what i paid from the credit card company.
