If you live outside of the U. S you can get scammed. I have ordered 7 times and 6 out of the 7 actually came.
Ordered the 7th package on March and still haven't received it. No tracking info, no support answer after SIX messages to the support.

Based on the experience I had, I wouldn't be surprised G Fuel is a scam. Terrible customer service, fake products advertised as "real" under the label of being "April fools jokes". This is a horrible business model and I am starting to think it's their way of trying to pass off their fake company as a legitimate one

Agree with Gfuel F.'s post. If you are ordering from them outside of the US - it's buy at your own risk. Ordered from them a month and a half ago and item never arrived. Customer Support ignores all your emails / tweets. If anything goes wrong with your parcel before it reaches you, they will cut communication and leave you alone to figure it out.

It is a very legitimate company. Been buying from their the past two years and can't complain.

Terrible service - twice we have ordered Gfuel and it hasn't been delivered (to Asia). First time they refunded us fully, but second time they charged us for the delivery (which isn't cheap to Asia). There was no attempted delivery note or email. They said it was their "policy" to keep the delivery cost and that we should have kept checking the tracking link ourselves over the 3 month period (?). Very poor company ethics - not a good sign for the rest of their operation
