Is Giant Eagle a scam or a legit company?

It depends on what you mean by 'scam'! They do try to trick the customers into giving them more money than the customer owes to Giant Eagle, so it that is what you mean, yes, they are a scam! But I assume they are a legit company in that they do have a business system - but then again, so did Al Capone!
