Yes this is a scan company. Nine of their contact numbers that have been provided are true. No one will ever pick up. And you will never get the money back.

YES. The company has no credibility. After the money has been debited there is no confirm mail. No customer services help. No delivery. Nothing.

I had good luck with them too. Ordered flowers for a friend in South America. They arrived on time and were beautiful. I was also worried after reading the reviews though.

My stuff was delayed 2 out of 4 times. One delivery was one week late. Delivery of flowers were good as stated on the site but delivery of cake was all four time were not specified as stated. Vanilla cakes were delivered instead of chocolate cake. Once stated was heart shaped chocolate cake 2kg and was delivered square one kg cake with flowers for 150 dollars when I complain than they offered me 10 dollars in compensation and I refused and complaint to BBB and they didn't, answer to BBB. Moreover as stated 24*7 service support on the site is not available. It is company with tall claims and appears to do a casual business and not bothered about clients.

They delivered my stuff on time and the recipient was very happy with the items. However, I did read reviews by other customers where they had a far from satisfactory experience the second time round(some even the first time round!). I have not ordered from them since and am unlikely to do so in future. I suppose I should thank my lucky stars.
