If Glassdoor goes over every review to make sure it meets guidelines and then publishes it then why do negative reviews get removed. I had one removed and was told it didn't meet community guidelines, yet it had been published. I noticed about 10 negative reviews all removed that I have screen shots on from this company. Its obvious the Company has something to do with it. So what gives? Certainly looks as though glassdoor cant be trusted

That's the core of their business model... Otherwise the only demand they garner is from recruiters. This is why they have not gone public.

When I asked Glassdoor to give me specifics about how they screen negative reviews to determine if they are true or fraudulent, they would not give me specifics. I know our company has at least 1 if not 2 fraudulent negative reviews and Glassdoor will not remove them. Or. Is it Glassdoor will not remove them because I didn't pay $10,000 to subscribe for a year?
