I ordered a pair on 3rd Nov and was still waiting on 20 Nov. I canceled them On the 21st. A rep called and convinced me to give them a second chance...big mistake. I gave them a second shot and resubmitted the order on the 21st. The rep assured me that the glasses would be shipped in 6 days. Taking into account Thanksgiving the glasses should have be shipped on the 30th but they were still in production and, again no real customer service. I canceled and drove to America's Best. In 15 minutes I ordered glasses and they were $30.00 less than glassesusa. I don't recommend that company.

I'm going through the same thing that Pamela D. Went through. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence before ordering with them. I placed an order on 17FEB24 with a 3 day estimate for production. They are reading glasses, so not very difficult to work. After placing the order, my estimated production time changed to 3-5 business days, and after the 5 business days, it changed to 6 business days. We are on business day 9, and they are still in production. They have until COB today before they buy these glasses back. I will cancel the order immediately and start a scorched earth campaign to tell the truth about this company, which is vastly different from James S. (GlassesUSA rep) answer above.

Buy from a local store and wait the 2 weeks….these guys won't be able to get them to you sooner, and you will save some money, too.
