How can you get the r500 to reboot when it will not recharge... red round light blinks and beeps but will not recharge

Answer:

I suggest you contact them! I had this issue and they quickly helped me and when the board wasn't fixable they sent me a new one!

Question:

Has anyone that ordered in december of 2016 gotten their items yet? i ordered in the 17th and still haven't received mine and haven't been able to reach anyone nor check the status of my order.....

Answer:

I ordered the 14th... no response and still says order processing. I know another hoverboard site got shut down over holidays... Im hoping we are not headed for a similar situation since Im sure these suppliers are all connected somehow to the manufacturers. Go look at the notice on hoverboarder.com... also their logos look very similar to Glidecraft. Has me worried we arent getting boards.

I'm trying to find a good hoverboard for my 10 year old.. one that doesn't catch fire and has a warranty. how does gildecraft compare to others?
