It depends on the rental company you select. Each rental company displayed on our website have different hours of operations

Presented my prepaid voucher to hertz in cozumel. would not give me my economy car unless i paid $20/day for "additional auto liabilty insurance".

I have reserved car today from 21.9-28.9. at bologna airport and pick uped fiat panda but without coverage. could i ad it online and pay with my card

Answer:

Coverage must be prepaid at time of checkout online or purchased at the rental desk. We are not able to add it on afterwards.
