I have requested a full refund because they DID NOT deliver the product that I paid for it nor what was promised. In my experience with Grab My Essay, the writers are not versed in proficient English as evidenced by several grammatical errors, run on sentences and improper adjective/noun usage. Ive rewuested a refund and now the writer is claiming that they were unable to use the sources I provided because they couldnt access them. However I sent the document in two separate ways (in a pdf and also in a direct link). The writer was not responive to messages and customer service was useless but pleasant.
