This company does not take care of their customers. I rented a p. O. box at my local post office and everything on God's green earth is forwarded, but not the graze snack boxes. Meanwhile, they still charged me for a few months until I remembered "where the hell are my snacks?" The very condescending customer service agents said Graze boxes are catalogs so they are not forwarded. But, they are tracked? Funny, I still had other catalogs (like Drs. Foster's & Smith's, etc) forwarded and even with my new address. This company has my contact information. If I were u, I would just buy snacks at Wal-Mart or Dollar General and put them in those tiny little snack bags. It would be way more than you would ever receive from the "snack.com" company. NOTE: Whenever a website doesn't have a telephone number so u can call when there's a problem, then it's a bad company.

I would highly recommend against it. I went in for one free box and got charged for three. It took months to get my money back. Please do not trust them. They are a predator site.

No the site feeds off people signing up for a free box, you might have to cancel your card to stop them from charging you, no phone number to call, it's not worth the hassle, hope that helps.

Hi Omar,

Thanks for your interest in graze.

I just wanted to reach out to assure you that your information would definitely be treated with the proper respect at graze. Each account is created with a unique password for your protection. Your card information is immediately encrypted, so not viewable by any member of staff.

In terms of your payments, this would only ever be per box sent in line with your order. You’ll be able to adjust your order easily online, and this automatically adjusts your payments too ie. Cancelling your order automatically cancels future boxes, and therefore future payments too.

We only ask that changes or cancellations are made prior to the cut-off time for your next box, since we’re not able to recall boxes after they are sent (we can’t use the same, perishable snacks again in another delivery).

You will be able to find details of your order, the cut-off time for cancelling or making changes, instructions for cancelling or making changes, and our contact information on the website at all times.

I hope this is helpful, Omar. By all means reach out to us by email for more information too – hi@graze.com.

I'll admit that initially I had concerns about using Graze, and I even posted a somewhat negative review. But my experience was honestly pretty good, other than the frustration of not being able to completely customize my shipments as I'd hoped. The snacks were really good, and I got my free boxes (Originally through a Groupon deal, or one of those discount sites) and then continued my membership for a few more. It's pricey if you don't have some kind of deal, but to keep me as a customer Graze continued sending me special coupon code offers, which I used. I didn't have any problem with my credit card being overcharged and I also didn't have a hard time cancelling. So overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend giving it a try! :)
