Not only is this statement accurate but today I was on hold 15 minutes (20 min wait) and it just hung up called back waited another 15 minutes to speak to someone who had no knowledge or help whatsoever for my issue. Goodbye Walmart hello Instacart
I tried emailing them a couple of times to no avail.

If you call the 800# you will be answered. Calling local store is absurd. If the call is answered you are placed on "ignore" after transferring to " someone who can help you with this problem"
Even if you talk to someone they just "handle' bottom line, its a hit and miss, if your groceries arrive, great, if not, then they automatically refund you nad write you off, 5 business days or LONGER to get your money back and they may short change you too.
I hit the chat on Walmart and then asked to talk to someone so it was very easy and very helpful
I have no problems getting hold of Walmart.com. Only time there was a problem was at start of Covid
