Hello, after making a request to buy lunch bags, 2 of them! When looking at my My bank account I noticed extra money taken by groupon? I looked at my groupon account and notice extra bags ordered(10) when I called groupon a young man told me it was a glitch, I will receive them and post back for a refund. I was not happy that this depleted my account of funds over the Xmas period. These bags were not at my request. I only got confirmation of 2 bags.
I then received mail to say no cancel due to change of mind or no refund. A insult to a problem they have, surely a supervisor could intervene and cancel the order, as the order although sent was not dispatched at the time.
Are they not responsible for client services that are wrong?
