I'm struggling to get hold of anyone in the happy smile/polanight organisation, so in desperation I'm sending this & hoping to get some answers!! Why are you, Michael Greenwood, placing your own copy and paste five star reviews? Several reviews are exactly the same, the only difference is the names. It's just proves you're a fraudster and should be shut down.
As you send orders by Recorded Delivery (4 days) why don't you supply the tracking number in your dispatched e-mail? It would be more convenient as well as professional if you did. I supplied a ticket and I've still waiting for a reply. Please do not telll me to do it again as one ticket should be enough. I'm still waiting for my order!
