Where is my order?. on 16th March I ordered 22% (10) syringe pack £49.99 and prophy paste (10 pack) (medium) heavy dental stains £7.99. I paid a total of £57.98 via PayPal to PDS Dental Group (invoice ID can be supplied). I'm struggling to get hold of anyone in the happy smile/polanight organisation, so in desperation I'm sending this & hoping to get some answers!! I've also contacted Fed ex delivery service & they haven't replied. I would appreciate a useful and prompt reply as to when this order will be delivered. Elizabeth Welch
Why are you, Michael Greenwood, placing your own copy and paste five star reviews? Several reviews are exactly the same, the only difference is the names. It's just proves you're a fraudster and should be shut down.
As you send orders by Recorded Delivery (4 days) why don't you supply the tracking number in your dispatched e-mail? It would be more convenient as well as professional if you did. I supplied a ticket and I've still waiting for a reply. Please do not telll me to do it again as one ticket should be enough. I'm still waiting for my order!
Hi, I have sent you two emails now regarding an order which you say was despatched on 13th of March. I have not yet received my order or a reply to any of my emails. Very disappointed with your customer support team. I have nothing to be happy to smile about. Richard

Because Michael Greenwood is a crook.
Takes money but don't bother to ship out orders. Payments goes to Hong Kong for some reason, maybe it's because it's posted from there
The owner of polanight has told him to stop as he's not licensed.
He's also posting his own reviews here using different names and it's always top mark reviews so easy to spot as they are copied and pasted.
