I'm 6'3" and 265.3XL fits with room to spare. I wash all my clothes before wearing and these held up well with warm water and tumble dry. They do wrinkle easily, but the designs override any complaint there. I haven't tried ironing yet. I'm assuming very,very low heat.

No, sizes are hit or mist. I received 3xl that was medium, large that are small
