Am starting to worry after reading reviews as the projector that I ordered has not arrived and when ordered it said it would ship that day or the next so should have been here already. How can I find out when it will be delivered?
Is you store only online or do you have a showroom where someone can come in a see the product. Thanks Rich L.
Why are there so many complaints with your products? Am concerned because am thinking of buying one from you on or before this Monday... please erase my doubts.
I am about to post a very bad review. I never received my order as promised. Your site stated 3 to 5 days shipping. The first time I called they said well that is only an estimate your site does not say that is an estimate. I was then told it would arrive yesterday. Then told it would arrive today. I am going to put a stop payment as of tomorrow and report this company to the BBB.
I need new bulbs for our office and we go through them fairly rapidly. The problem I have noticed is some bulbs for some reason burn out fast, as in a few days. Does this company warranty the bulbs for 30 days so if the bulb dies fast we can get an even exchange?
