Omg run I mean run fast I just ordered my daughters prom dresses and when I say they look nothing like the pictures they are a different color and cost a little over 200.00 each but they look like they are 20.00 dresses I hate so much I didn't do my homework on this company because it is 1 bad review after another. And trying to return the dresses is a joke I have sent no less than 10 emails and nothing the dress shop only answered 1 email and asked me to send pics and send a detailed email of what the problem is I did that and nothing never said 1 word again I went to my credit card company and they want a police report and everything so it's about to be a long Process and I might not still end up with my money. I even asked the dress company to do a exchange if they don't want to give me a refund because if they gave me a exchange I could just get them a basic dress where u can't go wrong and then take the dresses to a local shop and have it Bedazzled. Please don't take a chance at all it is a Scam

NEVER BUYING FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN. I ORDERED THIS DRESS AND WHAT I GOT IS NOTHING LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE. The beads on the dress we received look Cheap, again nothing like THE ONE ON THE PICTURE. THE DRESS LOOKS CHEAP and THE beads are falling out EVERYWHERE ON THE DRESS.
The color of the dress is nothing like the one we ordered. The color online is kind of a soft pink/champagne and the color we got is like peach and looks horrible.
Also, we ordered a size 4 and what we got is more like a size 2. SO IT DOESN'T FIT.
I SHOULD KNOWN BETTER WHEN THEY SAID WHEN I ORDERED THAT THE DRESS WILL ARRIVED IN 3 TO 8 DAYS AND IT TOOK MONTH AND A HALF TO GET IT.
THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HEBEOS

I ordered a dress and it came to small i ordered a 18 they sent a 14 and thy refuse to refund my money. Thy said its all made to order. Ridiculous! They offered to refund me 10% thats only $16 smh!

My friend ordered a prom dress and even payed rush fee to have it here on time. Dress arrived 2 days after prom and they refuse to issue a refund. All they offered was $20 and to keep the dress. Wow thanks, not. Absolutely horrible company. I reported them to the FTC. Read their reviews on other sites such as trust pilot and you will see what kind of company they are. If you're ordering a dress for a special moment such as prom or a wedding order from within the United States. Hebeos is in the UK and no way to contact them other than email. Horrible company. Don't buy from them.

I agree LINDA, THEY are stupid and awful, as a company. They are RIP OFFS PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I REPEAT PLEASE DON'T DO IT.

Below I copied from their website for the exact dress in the exact size ordered. (a size US4). To the right in red, you will see my daughters measurements. According to this, the size US4 would be to small, instead it is close to 2 sizes to BIG. My argument is that the size chart is not accurate and left us with a dress that doesn't fit. They told me to get it altered. Will now allow me to return or get a refund. NEVER AGAIN!
