Non-existent customer service. Take months to answer, then blackmails any customers that leave negative reviews by threatening to not give their money back if they don't remove review.
Extremely difficult - they rarely answer emails. At the point I'm at with my complaint it's as though they deliberately ignore customers.
Extremely difficult! They do not respond to emails. I sent 7 and I've gotten 2 responses so you have maybe about a 20 percent chance of receiving a response. The site is a scam!
