Correct. Read MY 1-star review, above, at the top. I'm going to the police, the BBB, my bank and card issuer, and to the OWNER of L'Objet, whom I just happen to have met once, when I interviewed with him for a management position in their boutique in Harrods London, where I already worked, just a couple of boutiques away, for another luxury homewares brand. I was offered the job, but had to turn it down because my husband's work was sending us from London to Berlin. Trust me: if anyone CAN take this company down, it's me -- and I intend to!

We ordered a charm from this company, they charged our credit card 4x then never sent the charm, couldnt find a phone number anywhere on their website so I sent an email through their online submission form (This was after my finance tried to reach them three time to no prevail) I told them I wanted a response right away or I would take my complaint to the BBB and contact my bank regarding the charges. This was the reply email I got from "Josh" at HomeBello. "Ohhhh I'm so scared of BBB. A $#*!ing sham organization who calls me everyday begging me for $299 to change our rating to A+. Get a life " REALLY professional... buyer beware!
