Here’s what consumers have asked with answers from Hotel-board staff and previous consumers.
They are a fraudulent company. I made a booking in December, they charged my credit card at the time. The booking is for March 11-21,2010. I called the hotel today, and was told that the booking had been cancelled on January 22 because of non payment. I'll get my money back from my credit card, but the hotel is fully booked at this time, and I have to scramble to make room arrangements.
