Mine charge up about same when new I get a shudder feeling if I don't charge my battery`s when chair moves.

I wish I could help but, unfortunately, I can't. I got new batteries a month ago and already having charging problems. I miss my Jazzy. I only needed one set of replacement batteries for it in 5 years. Good luck.
