on 6/17/15I doubt if they are focused on service improvements because the large profit margin is in the initial purchase of the chair, not in doing warranty work or maintenance. Just a thought.
I love the chair. It's the service that sucks. The batteries needs to be changed every year or so. No prob with that but they are not very forth coming or helpful when it comes to setting that up.
I live in North Florida and Hoveround is based in the Tampa area. Once I get the Batteries and get a service call appointment set - the Techs (Service Reps) have always been great. It's Hoveround Offices that treat me like I'm an inconvenience for wanting them to sell me and install the batteries.
So for as much as 2 to 3 weeks - I can't use the chair. That's what sucks.
