I have an order confirmation 92824 from 9/19/16 and nothing has ever shipped. Today is 10/10/16. After reading this website, I am clearly not alone. Can anyone give me any information about my order? If I don't hear back by Wednesday 10/12/16 I will be contacting my credit card company to reverse the charges.

I will never order from this side again. The fact that it's a family-based Florida business is so unbelievable. Future reference do not order from this site.
