Do the products from Imomoko.com generally get delivered on time?

I only waited 3 days for delivery to my address when I thought it would take a week or more. This is my go to for Japanese and Korean products.

I made an order and got an email asking me to confirm my shipping address. I emailed them and still have not received a reply. Now I'm getting worried.
