I have been with Ipsy for over 2 yrs now and love them! The only problem I had was when I neglected to change my address with Ipsy, but when I did they were awesom and even sent me the pkgs I hadnt received as a result! So if you do move and change your address at the P. O., make sure you contact Ipsy and change it there with them too as well! This is very important so you dont miss any of your samples! Also I might add too by the way, that Ipsy was extremely fast getting back to me and correcting the address and missed samples, so emailing them was never an issue! I plan on being with Ipsy for a long time... At least as long as they remain in business, anyway! THANK YOU IPSY once again for your quick response! S. Engstrand!

I believe, since they are a web-based company, they only accept contact via email or message on social media. But to answer your question: No. There is not a known phone number.

No that's one of the biggest problems. They don't have a number you can call at all. None. Zero. Nada. The only way to contact them is by emailing customer support. That's why they are such scammers. By not allowing you to call, they can get away with taking their sweet $#*! time replying to you. BEWARE of this company. They will screw you every which way. Took me 3 months of emailing and calling VISA to get them to stop billing me. But it's at your own risk. You were warned. Read a lot of the reviews. Terrible company. Worst I have ever dealt with.
