We are looking to hire a new graphic design company. however, we are very sick and tired of design companies that hold our work hostage by not giving us the raw psd or illustrator files and making us pay extra for that. does this company do that or do they give their clients the entire file? for us that is important as we have some ability to work on the files ourselves and make small changes. thanks! This company always give customer a raw file (ai, psd) without extra charge, if customer request.
