How are Jadegowns, Shilla and any sister companies still trading? The positive reviews are, doubtful, and the poor quality, bad service and customer service is appalling. And the worst I have ever dealt with. If you really must use these sites, then use a credit card so at least you have a chance of some refund when you are delivered the trash that they send out. Do not use debit cards as there is a VERY long process for complaint and the refund is down to the bank being nice... so, my question is why put yourself though the issues?
