I ordered a stand up freezer and haven't received a email yet...

I am not sure if their website offered to create an account at the time of making a purchase there, but to me it did when I placed an order on May 10,2023. If it did offer this back then, then you should have created an account with them (just providing a username and password) and you could see the updated status of your order. My order status on the account initially said, 'on hold' probably before the payment was processed by the bank. Then the order status turned to 'Processing', this is when the business probably received the money. Now it should say, 'complete' as I received the car tires I ordered from them for my car yesterday, May 17,2023. Wish you good luck!
