Why does jc penny increase price on merchandise then state 50% off sale.?To me that is a big rip off.
Why is it that the Stafford men's t shirts v neck, are rough,and in the same package one may be soft. My wife uses these to sleep in and likes them but can't figure out why some are soft and the others rough if made from the same material.
