I updated my review with the following...--It's now 6/17/2016. Jen B., the owner of Jen's Scrubs, contacted me last week and said she has been away and her business partner has been in control and the business partner is the one who messed up all of the orders and the customer service. She said she is back in control now and is fixing everything. That is, however, a lie because I still have not gotten my order. She told me I would be receiving my order early this week which would have been 6/13 or 6/14 and now it is 6/17 and I have received nothing. When I call I have to leave a message as nobody answers the phone. On their website it says my order has shipped but it does not say how long it will take, which company is delivering, or the tracking number. They did give me a 25% refund last week which is nice but I would rather have my scrubs. If I do not get my scrubs by this coming Monday, 6/20/2016, I will have to find out how to sue them.
