Why did JibJab eliminate the edit feature that enables the sender to move the head outline so that the picture fits well? Every card I've made since then looks weird and lopsided. That's why I intend to drop my subscription when it expires. Too bad, since I LOVE the cards!

We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards!

Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.

Hi Guys,
I recently cancelled my membership and now want to re apply so I can send some Xmas cheer to my Family overseas.
When I try to join up it tells me "You already have a subscription to this plan."
Can you please help me with this so I can send cards before Xmas day?

Did you change the mouths so that the moving mouth is superimposed over the photo's mouth? I see both on the two I just created. Not acceptable.
