Do you deliver larger items off this site to Canada and are there any additional charges

I'm a Canadian customer who ordered 2 smaller items as gifts (1 weighed quite a bit, though). I was charged BOTH STANDARD US DOMESTIC SHIPPING & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING! I couldn't believe that shipping could be so much (over $100 US), so I unsubscribed from their website. Guess what? Two weeks ago I saw one of the products I'd purchased for sale at Winners for a fraction of the cost I'd payed. My advice: tempting pictures, but Canadian Buyers Beware! (I hope this helps!)

I'm not employed at Joss & Main, so someone at Joss and Main should be able to help with the answer on shipments to Canada. I don't see why not. Joss and Main is in Boston, right? I'm from the SouthEast.

I'm a bit OCD so I wash everything I can before wearing or using(towels) and the other folks are correct in saying that there may be chemicals used in material products and certain dyes that might fade onto other things. It isn't that you HAVE TO wash bedspreads, sheets, etc it's an individual preference I think.

You should always wash anything before you use it because of the finish and dyes used in the fabric.

I agree with Susan W. Its never a good deal to order off any US site and have it shipped to Canada once all international charges and taxes are factored in, which, you don't even know until it arrives at your door for COD charges. I would suggest checking out other sites like AMAZON.ca (the Canadian version) but, always check first to ensure the items are being shipped FROM Canada. This company can easily be contacted in advance when considering a specific item on their site, and will tell you if there are additional charges before you buy.

Ordered several rugs on a Thursday after noon. The rugs were were received the next Tuesday. Live in northern Wisconsin. I feel this is excellent service. The whole order was received at the same time and well satisfied.

I also don't get it. How come they asking the net price and so many shipping charges taxes brokerage and duty! Such a waste of time! Totally bull$#*! it is! Why to pay international and duty both after the net price?!

I have not bought anything large from J+M, but the things I have bought i have been completely happy with and also I have not heard anything negative about them except here today in the reviews. Sorry i can't help anymore than that. Good luck which ever way you decide to shop.

I live in Texas and have no idea what guidelines apply when a customer orders from Canada.
