How can a company that is stealing from people by selling fraudulent stuff (bad quality, not at all what is depicted) and refusing refunds, survive?

Because they flood the internet with fake positive reviews that you don't see until after you've been burned.

Because you get lured in by deals and don't read reviews. My loss too, glad I never ordered more items - I think this company is a fraud, or unable to cope with plain business, shouldn't be allowed to operate at this level

It DID seem too good to be true: the prices of dresses, I mean! I was tempted by the photos, BUT a friend warned me of an experience she'd had with another company in China. So I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING. And now I've read the reviews, and I WILL NOT ORDER ANYTHING EVER FROM Just Fashion Now.

I received a dress of such poor quality it was only really fit for the rubbish bin. I returned the dress to that of the sender, details of which appeared on the delivery package (no mention that you were not to return the goods to this address, I now question if that is a ploy - return the goods so you no longer have your item and then refuse to give you a refund). When I chased up the refund I was informed that I should not have returned to UK address but to one in China. Wherever the dress was returned the company now has it, whereas I now no longer have my item nor do I have a refund, pretty slick. I tried to get a refund through Paypal but as the UK address in Southall Middx. Was not registered for CS Justfashion they could not help me, but I am sure Paypal must be aware of all the many complaints.

To my mind that is just blatant robbery/fraud I ask how can they get away with it so very very wrong. All you keep receiving in response to your emails is a generic reply which does not answer your query. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

What an awful experience. Please do not waste your money and time. I ordered several dresses and bags from them. I was promised a 20 days delivery. After uncountable contacts, finally they responded and I was told my order will be shipped soon. The company provided a tracking number, which lead nowhere. Eventually, 6 weeks later, my order arrived. On the next day, I submitted my return request for almost all products due to the cheap and horrible quality. I was told within 48 hours I will be contacted by them via e-mail and a return address will be provided. 2 weeks later, they still offer me additional discount on their products, which I do not want, and threatening me with LARGE shipping expenses to China, customs fees and additional expenses, which I need to pay if they would except my returned items. After 13 days of my return request, I mailed the unwanted products to the senders address. US postal Service tracking number shows a delivery and acceptance of my return signed by their employee on May 17th, however they still giving me the same GENERIC e-mail responses when I inquire about my refund. After a month submitting my return request, and 3 weeks returned their items, I still trying to get my money back. PLease, save your time and money and DO NOT DEAL with this company. Quality of their products are cheap, the advertised "leather" goods are plastic, and they will give you a runaround for your return/refund.

Read the reviews (the real ones!). The company makes it very difficult and costly to arrange for returns, and there are countless experiences of items received that are nothing like what was ordered, and of grossly unacceptable quality. If the company doesn't want to respond effectively, there's little you can do other than spread the word about what is a consistently bad experience..

They still are in business because some of us were naïve enough not to check the reviews (NOT THE FAKE ONES 5*). The other reason is because the company is based in China, where the consumer protection laws allow them to get away. The other reason is because they operate with a bunch of other companies names but actually is the same company. So when they cannot operate with that name anymore, they use another name of a sister company.

My answer is that we take this matter up with their currency/payment operators such as PayPal. PayPal should not allow this company to use their services. I plan to file a complaint with PayPal to refund my money as I have never received the package after 8 weeks and they do not give any kind of sensible answers to requests for clarification.

You buy something and we ship you the item, which is not stealing or fraud. Sorry that you are not satisfied with the item(s).
Purchase(swimsuits & final sale excluded) can be returned/exchanged within 15 days from the delivered date.

You can ask for label. You will get authorization from us by email with a label with our return address.

They scammed me too. If enough people complain to Google, Google may take notice that these people that are advertising through them are ripping off their customers
