They do not refund. They will give you store credit which isn't as cut and dry as it sounds... it can only be applied to certain items which are few and far between and you have to pay shipping too.
I still can't figure out what kind of shape they are in. They have yet to make good on over $100 in returns since xmas! They promise store credit codes that don't work or that disappear when you go to use them. I spent so much time and energy trying to get resolve and just took up with them AGAIN on Twitter since that is apparently their only monitored customer service option. I don't know how they possibly could have come back after putting the screw to so many. They prob owe so much out they won't turn a profit anytime soon. If anyone has any solid info on their status I would really appreciate it as well. Meanwhile I'll keep looking for more info.
It's all one company. The whole company is in bankruptcy proceedings. Google "Karmaloop bankruptcy" and you'll see. I'd steer clear of KL if you like your money, and if you've been waiting for any items you've ordered, good luck.
