SCAM. They do not ship on time, do not pay postage, and do not have customer service.

I can't find my shopping cart

The same thing happened to me. I have now been sent tracking information but am being asked to provide ID in order for cutstoms to release the shipment. I have never been asked to do this before.

They do that to everyone. Then you will end up having to pay postage anyway.
