If I have a faulty product am I able to get a refund? Will they honor this deal?

Yes, this option is easily available to you if it's faulty on arrival and you advise within a week of receiving. If you're nice about it we generally even cover return shipping costs.

You can get a full refund but I suggest you action in straight away. Pester and hound them via their service email and the service sms. Complain to the ACCC and supply photos of the dama liesge /issues. Dont take Dons lies and rudeness. Threaten legal action if you have to. They arw the worst.
