How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Lensnature?

By e-mail but they never read ALL the correspondence. Extremely unprofessional!

Not easy! They give you a number that NO ONE PICKS UP. If you facebook message them, they just tell you to send them an email. And once you email them, they dont respond back until 2 weeks later.
